WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, China (excluding Hong Kong), Singapore, Korea, Indonesia and India. For shopping in other regions, please check our retailers page:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Shipping time for international orders on this page takes around 5 business days if all items in your order are in stock. Please allow a few extra days for processing during holiday seasons.

All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, SF International etc) and we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays. 

SHIPPING COST

We charge a flat rate shipping fee and the amount depends on the country and region you live in. Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 worldwide. Dog beds are excluded from the free shipping policy due to the larger sizes of these products, and shipping cost will be calculated by the ship-to address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders outside of U.S. and Canada, your order might be shipped in multiple packages via our local distributors. Orders to Asia and Australia are sent out in batches every week and handled via a redistribution center. Shipping time will take an extra  4 - 7 days.

DUTIES + TAXES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF U.S.

The paid amount for your order does not cover import duties and taxes which may be charged by your local customs office. Such charges are imposed by your customs authorities and are outside of our control. As such, we are unable to accurately estimate and collect the related duties at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local import duties.
