GUU

GUU is a button mushroom with little slit pockets to hold rewards. The round, unstable bottom adds on to the challenge and they are just perfect to play fetch with!

Longer pieces of treats work best for the GUU. We do not recommended using kibbles or pieces that are too small. If the treat is completely inside the pockets, your pet might get frustrated (since they have paws, not fingers)! Pockets can be pulled out for washing. Kitty owners can insert catnip in the pockets too.

Small: 5", suggested for breeds such as chihuahua, italian greyhound or cats
Medium: 6, suggested for breeds such as shiba, corgi or poodles

Each pup plays differently and we recommend you to keep a close watch particularly during the first time a new play object is introduced. No toy is completely indestructible, so please supervise the play to ensure safety if you know your pup is not gentle with toys.

Please measure according to our instructions for the most accurate size. We do not accept exchanges for a mistaken size due to wrong measurements.

COLLARS
Woven paracord collar sizes are noted in terms of the interior width for the neck and not the total length of the collar. Slip collars sizes are noted in head size. Please note that as all collars are handmade, a small deviation in length of 1/2 inch or 1.25 cm for collar are considered acceptable. If you are unsure or if the measurement of your pet is between sizes, feel free to email/ dm us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

BEDS + TRAVEL MATS
If your pup is between sizes, we always encourage you to size up.

EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
All returned items must be unused, and the Lambwolf Collective mesh bag must be returned together. If the hang tags are detached from the product, exchanges will not be processed. 

In other cases except for wrong/ defective products, exchanges will incur shipping cost both ways for the buyer.

If your order contain a pre-order item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. We ship Monday-Friday via UPS/ USPS for U.S. orders and Fedex/ Puralator/ SF Express for international orders.

Any taxes or customs duties are not included. 

For handwoven and hand-dyed items such as collars and beds, the processing time for the order will be 4 weeks.
