NOUNOU squeaky + nylon knit

NOUNOU is the puppies and kitties version we designed out of NOU. NOU (pronounced like noo in noodles) is a play object for both your pet and you. To make it fun, you will need to get creative in making various shapes with them. NOU can be a pretzel, a boating knot, a tossing ball or a tug of war rope. Works like an enrichment toy, treats can be hidden in the knots and rewarded when your pet successfully unknots them. 

NOUNOU is designed to be slightly shorter and slimmer for creating smaller play objects for puppies, XS/S dogs and cats.

Squeaky NOUNOU (dogwood): Two squeakers are placed respectively at the ends instead of hidden in the middle so that they can be easily found by puppies and reduce possible frustration.

• the soft nylon in-fused knit fabric is gentle on your pet's mouth and ideal for active chewers

• the delicate texture not only protect your pet's mouth but also avoid damage to the teeth and gum
• all seams are double stitched and reinforced for rough play
• measures approx. 4ft or 120cm long and 1.15” or 3cm in diameter when unknotted

Machine wash gentle cycle and air dry
Vacuum the surface for easy cleaning in between washes

Each pup plays differently and we recommend you to keep a close watch particularly during the first time a new play object is introduced. No toy is completely indestructible, so please supervise the play to ensure safety if you know your pup is not gentle with toys.

Please measure according to our instructions for the most accurate size. We do not accept exchanges for a mistaken size due to wrong measurements.

COLLARS
Woven paracord collar sizes are noted in terms of the interior width for the neck and not the total length of the collar. Slip collars sizes are noted in head size. Please note that as all collars are handmade, a small deviation in length of 1/2 inch or 1.25 cm for collar are considered acceptable. If you are unsure or if the measurement of your pet is between sizes, feel free to email/ dm us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

BEDS + TRAVEL MATS
If your pup is between sizes, we always encourage you to size up.

EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
All returned items must be unused, and the Lambwolf Collective mesh bag must be returned together. If the hang tags are detached from the product, exchanges will not be processed. 

In other cases except for wrong/ defective products, exchanges will incur shipping cost both ways for the buyer.

By placing an order you agree to waiting the current 3 weeks processing time before your order is shipped. If your order contain a pre-order item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. We ship Monday-Friday via UPS/ USPS for U.S. orders and Fedex/ Puralator/ SF Express for international orders.

Any taxes or customs duties are not included. 

For handwoven and hand-dyed items such as collars and beds, the processing time for the order will be 4 weeks.
