REI

REI is a leash connector with a carabiner + a D ring on each end, and can be used flexibly as:

CROSS BODY CONFIGURATION for MELLEM or NOMAD*
CONNECTOR for another gear such as to a dog walking belt

NARROW ¾" or 2cm wide

*REI X is recommended for the cross body configuration for the NOMAD, only the D ring of the X style allows the long line to pass through. 

Please note that heavy use with a pulling dog or extremely cold weather will wear the hardware a lot more than normal and we suggest you to consider our X series if you have a pulling dog or live in areas that frequently receive heavy snow.

Please measure according to our instructions for the most accurate size. We do not accept exchanges for a mistaken size due to wrong measurements.

COLLARS
Woven paracord collar sizes are noted in terms of the interior width for the neck and not the total length of the collar. Slip collars sizes are noted in head size. Please note that as all collars are handmade, a small deviation in length of 1/2 inch or 1.25 cm for collar are considered acceptable. If you are unsure or if the measurement of your pet is between sizes, feel free to email/ dm us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

HARNESS
For the OTTO harness, we also have illustrated measurement instructions under the GUIDES tab on our Instagram page. If your pup is between sizes, please email us to check for best fit.

BEDS + TRAVEL MATS
If your pup is between sizes, we always encourage you to size up.

EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
All returned items must be unused, and the Lambwolf Collective mesh bag must be returned together. If the hang tags are detached from the product, exchanges will not be processed. 

In other cases except for wrong/ defective products, exchanges will incur shipping cost both ways for the buyer.

If your order contain a pre-order item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. We ship Monday-Friday via UPS/ USPS for U.S. orders and Fedex/ Puralator/ SF Express for international orders.

Any taxes or customs duties are not included. 

For handwoven and hand-dyed items such as collars and beds, the processing time for the order will be 4 weeks.
